We will be happy to produce Interactive Virtual Tours and other marketing products for use by any Real Estate Agent you decide to work with. And unlike the general public, we are legally eligible to receive referral fees from Real Estate Brokerages. These two facts combine in a way that offers you, the Seller, a potential opportunity to have us pay you back for some or all of the costs of our products shortly after your closing.

If you:

(1) are not actively represented; and,

(2) allow us to formally refer you to the Realtor® of your choice at whatever brokerage you choose;

then to the extent of the referral fee paid to us, we will refund you the costs of any marketing products you purchase from us.

We are happy to verify ahead of any sale whether or not a Realtor® you have in mind already has a referral fee agreement in place with us. Even if you intend to reengage a Realtor® you have used in the past,

until you sign a new listing agreement, you may qualify for the referral related refund.

Referral fees are commonly based on the sale value of your home - with the final amount determined and paid shortly after your closing. In many instances, the refund will completely cover the costs of our products.
