Our Agent Virtual Tour division offers Licensed Real Estate Professionals:
- additional tour options which utilize photos Agents provide;
- reduced pricing on multiple purchases;
- flexible payment plans; and,
- an option to defer a portion of the costs until closing on premium products.
To qualify, you must enter into a referral fee agreement with us which is approved by your Broker.
We are legally eligible to receive referral fees - and we will reciprocate. In the normal course of your day you continually bump into folks who could benefit from our products - but who, for one reason or another, you have no intention of representing. So we will provide you with discount cards to hand out .
When those cards are redeemed, everyone wins:
- the customer gets a discount and their marketing improves;
- you get a referral fee.
